Partner and Reseller Integrations
SoundSync partner workflows connect relationships, product assignments, external orders, serial batches, commissions, reversals, conversations, API keys, partner API calls, webhooks, and reporting.
Resellers and partner integrations are supported
SoundSync supports resellers through approved developer-partner relationships, assigned products, serial batches, external-order fulfillment, and partner API integrations. Native WooCommerce fulfillment is another supported integration path.
Sales paid through SoundSync checkout use SoundSync's Merchant of Record setup and included ordinary processing. Sales collected by an external reseller remain that seller's payments: SoundSync does not absorb their processing fees or become Merchant of Record for those sales. Product access, credentials, and API permissions follow the approved relationship.

Work with approved partners through product assignments, external orders, serial allocations, scoped API credentials, conversations, activity, commissions, and statements. Keep each relationship's commercial model and product permissions explicit.
Native WooCommerce fulfillment
Connect an approved reseller store without installing a WordPress plugin. Review product and variation mappings before activation. SoundSync fulfills relevant approved lines rather than treating every item in a mixed cart as your product.

A clear boundary for external sales
External fulfillment does not automatically make SoundSync the Merchant of Record for the reseller's transaction. Partner keys stay on trusted servers; product licensing keys are separate. WooCommerce authorization is store-level access even though fulfillment is filtered.
