Customer Library Walkthrough

  1. Identity

Sign in through the supported customer path.

  2. Ownership

Inspect the relevant product entitlement and order context.

  3. Delivery

Open an authorized file for the intended product/version.

  4. Licensing

Review permitted serial and device controls.

  5. Recurring products

Check the supported subscription and access period.

  6. Support

Use the product support path without exposing unrelated customer records.

Trace one owned product to its source

Sign in through the supported customer account flow and choose a known purchase or approved access grant. Inspect the product, order context, serial/license information, and available files. A customer email match alone is not a substitute for the account and entitlement checks.

Use a second identity with no entitlement as a negative test. The product may remain publicly browsable while private downloads and licensed use are denied. Hiding an order in a dashboard is not the same action as refunding it or revoking its entitlement.

Check the customer actions independently

Open the intended delivery file and confirm its product/version, then inspect activation/device controls where supported. A released device slot should not remove unrelated purchases. Keep full serials and signed download links out of screenshots and support posts.

For recurring products, inspect the plan and paid access period. Lease access can end while products already earned by a keep-your-products plan remain owned. Profile/email changes do not rewrite issued invoices or erase an existing marketing opt-out. If access looks wrong, provide support with the safe product/order reference and the observed state, not credentials.

Test safely

Use permitted test identities and the intended environment. Inspect allowed and rejected outcomes. Keep private customer data, serials, credentials, payment details, and verification links out of published examples.
