Licensing Troubleshooting
Identify which stage failed before changing customer access.

Start with the observed licensing state
| State | Next action |
|---|---|
| First installation | Choose account, serial or email-entitlement proof permitted by the product. |
| Pending account challenge | Finish customer two-factor login; do not poll serial claim-status for an account challenge. |
| Pending serial verification | Complete the link, inspect status and activate the same machine. |
| Offline / expired grant | Check prior authorization, Access grace, expiry, clock and storage. |
| Confirmed denial | Resolve the entitlement, refund, subscription or device condition; offline grace cannot override it. |
| Local deactivation pending | Keep locked and reconnect to finish server release. |
